We have an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Manager, Learning and Development (L&D) professional to join us! This role will be responsible for leading Quantium’s L&D strategy, program and team to identify, develop and grow capabilities across the business globally.

This is a real opportunity to showcase your extensive L&D curriculum development skills, people leadership and stakeholder management, and be a part of building Quantium’s presence, capability and talent.

This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to be a part of both the strategy and operational implementation.  The EM L&D will partner with our executives, people leaders and teams to ensure the implementation of best learning practices globally, own projects and initiatives and ensure overall alignment to the global Quantium objectives.

This is a permanent full time role, based out of our state of the art headquarters in Sydney in a hybrid working capacity.

 

About you

This will be a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to be a part of building the team, resources and capabilities from the ground up. You will be a seasoned professional, with experience managing and implementing L&D programs preferably within Technical, FMCG or Consulting industries. An understanding of technical communities and skills, including analytics and engineering is highly desirable. 

Reporting into the Group Executive, People and Culture you will be a confident communicator able to quickly build rapport and relationships with key stakeholders and functional communities, across multiple geographies.  You will be culturally aware, be flexible and able to adapt in a fast pace, ambiguous environment. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will have the ability to lead and develop your own team and be committed to raising the profile of the L&D function, as well as the wider P&C team.

You will have experience rolling out programs at all levels, from early career to executive.  The ability to provide senior coaching as well as facilitation of training sessions is required.

An understanding of developing key performance metrics, reporting and using data to measure the success of the L&D function, as well as good commercial acumen will be key for this role.
