What's on offer

We are looking for a Finance Reporting Specialist to join our Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As part of the wider Finance team within Group Services, the role will be responsible for the creation and delivery of financial reporting across Quantium group. The role will work closely with the broader FP&A team to prepare monthly results, budgets, and reporting packs in order to assist the business to plan, forecast and make commercial decisions.

Specifically, the role will deliver:

  • Month end results
  • CFO reporting and QBR’s with commentary and analysis
  • Vertical P&L and accounting reporting 

This is a great role with growth and development opportunities, as it will work closely with the leader, FP&A to provide advice, identify risks and help drive Quantium’s financial strategy.

This is a permanent full-time role, based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Sydney in a hybrid working capacity.

About you

To be successful in this role you must have demonstrable experience in a similar role, having worked in fast-paced, complex environments.  You will be a self-starter, able to confidently manage ambiguity and not be afraid to be hands on. Experience within professional services, accounting firms and technology companies will be highly advantageous.

As well as this you will:

  • Have the ability to create, run and manipulate large complex data sets
  • Adapt reports to suit business requirements, as well be able to tell a story through data and insights to drive business decisions
  • Identify any risks or gaps and provide recommendations
  • Have high attention to detail and be detail orientated, with advanced Excel skills
  • Have strong communication skills, particularly written with the ability to write reports
  • The ability to build relationships, be collaborative and work as part of a team as well as take responsibility for your own output
  • Be CA, CPA or CFA qualified
